Hey Friend,
Recently, I posted a video called 6 things I wish someone would have told me in the thick of my eating disorder - I created this after a friend told me that this week is Eating Disorder Awareness week. I immediately knew I needed to create a video because I too have walked through an eating disorder and still feel the weight of it at times.
I want you to know that there is hope for YOU! There is hope for the Christian who is struggling through an eating disorder (or any stronghold) because of the hope we share and have in Jesus Christ. To hear more about my heart on this topic, please watch this video....
